Useful structures:

  • "I often exercise..."
  • "I sometimes clean..."
  • "I never go to..."

Adverbs of frequency:

  • often - часто
  • sometimes - іноді / иногда
  • never - ніколи / никогда

Remember: Use GO TO + place (go to the cinema, go to the rink). Use GO + activity (go shopping, go cycling, go swimming).
